Members have access to full kitchen, high-speed wifi, laundry and off-street parking. Furnished and unfurnished rooms are available. Lease terms are flexible. Move-in costs are minimal.

The average one bedroom apartment in Asheville and Hendersonville costs $1,350 a month. Utility expenses often add another $150 or more.

Blue Ridge Coliving offers comfortable private rooms for $750 - $950 a month, which includes utilities. Our members save an average of $675 a month on their housing and utility expenses. That's $8,100 a year.
